Antares Technology LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Real Estate Quiz application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the data you entrust to us while preparing for your licensure exam.

1. Data Collection & Usage

We believe in keeping things simple and private. Our App operates primarily on a local-first basis:

• Local Storage: Your study progress, scores, and quiz history are stored locally on your device using Hive.
• Authentication: We collect your email address solely for account authentication purposes, allowing you to access your progress across multiple devices.
• No Tracking: We do not track your behavior for advertising purposes. There are no third-party ad networks integrated into the App.

2. In-App Subscriptions

Real Estate Quiz offers premium content via in-app subscriptions. All payment transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store In-App Purchase (IAP) system.

• We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information or personal payment details.
• Purchase validation is handled entirely by Apple’s secure infrastructure.

3. Data Security

Your learning data is personal. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively to provide you with the study tools and analytics features within the App.

4. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You have full control over your data. You may request to delete your account and all associated study progress at any time directly through the app settings or by contacting us at support@antaressocial.com.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
